Puffy Green Bean-Cheese Bake | Six-Layer Dish | Frozen Lemon Cream |

Frozen Lemon Cream

Serves 9

Beat until stiff:

  • 1 can (12⁄3 c.) evaporated milk, thoroughly chilled

Slowly add:

  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • grated rind of 1 lemon

Beat until very stiff.

Roll into crumbs:

  • 12 graham crackers

Put half of crumbs in bottom of 9x9″ pan.
Pour in cream. Add remaining crumbs on top. Cover tightly and freeze until ready to serve
