Frozen Lemon Cream

Serves 9

Beat until stiff:

Slowly add:

Beat until very stiff.

Roll into crumbs:

Put half of crumbs in bottom of 9x9″ pan.
Pour in cream. Add remaining crumbs on top. Cover tightly and freeze until ready to serve
